Purchase Training Videos & Handbook

Each of the items available for purchase meet the 2026 BOR training requirement. All videos are on USB drives and are physically shipped to you after your order is received. The “How to Conduct a BOR Hearing” videos from 2021, 2022 & 2023 have been replaced by the 2026 Unprepared Taxpayer & Waiver of Hearing video. Therefore, they are no longer in compliance with the training requirement.

New Training Videos for 2026

Note that for 2026, there are two new BOR Training Videos. To meet the training requirement, you only need to view one of the two new (2026) videos. Please choose the video that best suits the needs of your community for the 2026 BOR Training. The previous year’s videos listed, are also still eligible to be used for training. All video purchases include a copy of the 2026 BOR Handbook.

Board of Review orders are fulfilled on Mondays of each week. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your items.
