CPM Projects
The Wisconsin Certified Public Manager Program provides its candidates with the opportunity to strengthen their administrative, technical, and interpersonal skills through classes, activities, and written and applied projects. In the final, executive management phase of the program, candidates must complete a Class Project. This initiative requires team-based application of managerial skills and knowledge in a real-world setting. The project should contribute to the improvement of a public or non-profit organization, providing candidates an opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to the larger community.
These projects include many strategies and applications which could be replicated in similar organizations. For more information on any of these project initiatives, we can put you in touch with the authors.
